H3F welcomes all men wanting to get back in shape or stay there. These classes are made to be FUN and CHALLENGING. Everyone goes at their own pace as you progress through our circuits based on the latest Functional Training methods as developed by the Institute of Human Performance, Boca Raton Florida. Workouts are designed to enhance everday activities like sports or just doing things around the house. You'll use bodyweight exercises, TRX Suspension Trainers, the latest TRX Rip Trainers and lots more!
