Where is H3F?

The H3F Studio is located on the west side of Hwy. 97 just north of the 'downtown'. Click here for a map of our location. Please enter at the back of the building. Look for the sign that looks like our logo at the top of this page.

What about parking?

We share a parking lot so please just find a spot wherever you can. Please try not to block access to the glass shop or the Fisheries and Oceans Canada office behind us.

Does H3F have changerooms?

There are washrooms available for changing. We do not have shower facilities.

What should I bring?

Please wear 'gym' wear, bring clean indoor 'gym' shoes, a towel if you sweat a lot, water and a positive attitude!

When can I come in?

As we don't have a waiting room, please respect other class times and enter 10 minutes before your class time.
