TRX SKILLS WORKSHOP - 2 hours

Join our Certified TRX Suspension Training Instructor in an active workshop focused on building your base knowledge and TRX Skills. The TRX™ training system is an amazing training tool to improve total body strength, core stability, functional balance and whole body flexibility using innovative suspension training methodology. In this workshop you will learn the theory behind TRX™ training, proper set up and safety, exercise progression using sound biomechanical principles along with recommended exercises for a total body workout like nothing you have experienced before. Fitness at Work 
To combat the effects of "sitting disease", Heather and Chris will take you and your co-workers through a series of simple exercises that can be done at your desk... on your own time. - 60 minutes.


Team Building … Just for Fun!
A series of physical team building activities designed to be fun for all.  Allow 30 – 45 minutes depending upon the size of the group.

Laughter Club

Based on traditional Laughter Yoga (founded by Dr. Madan Kataria, Mumbai, India www.laughteryoga.org
– 60 minutes.

Breathing and Stretching for Relaxation

A blend of gentle stretching exercises and deep breathing designed to rejuvenate! - 30 minutes

Presentation - Interactive Discussion: “What Makes a Healthy Workplace?”
Discusses the challenges to personal health in today’s working environments. Looks at various coping strategies including humour in the workplace. – 30 minutes

Presentation - Interactive Discussion: “Neuroimmunology and the Link to Laughter”

Examines the fascinating effects of human emotions on health. Asks, “Is it possible to worry yourself sick?” – 45 minutes

Presentation - Interactive Discussion: “Healthy Lifestyles with Low-Glycemic Meals and Active Living”

Discusses Metabolic Syndrome and why it is hard to lose weight; the importance of cellular nutrition, weight management and overall health through Low GI eating; what is physical fitness? – 45 minutes
