Morning Circuit

Noon Hour Circuit
A 40 minute class using stability balls, steps, bands, free weights and body bars. This class gives you an energetic combo of cardio-vascular, strength and conditioning exercises. Fits perfectly into your lunch hour.
Noon Hour Yoga with Heather
A 40 minute yoga class that will re-energize you. Fits perfect into the lunch hour! Based on Anusara stlye yoga. Perfect for beginners.

a training session specifically for the women's challenge October 16th. Anyone can join! It's hard work but lots of fun.

Quesnel Laughter Club
Laughter Yoga is a physically oriented technique that uses a blend of playful, empowering and otherwise tension releasing laughter exercises. Come and laugh like you never have before...FOR THE HEALTH OF IT! Doors open at 7:15, laughter starts at 7:30!
