Boot Camp 08
A full tilt, all out challenge for you and your body. 8 classes start September 8th then every Monday and Wednesday at 5:15-6:30-6:45ish. ( depending on sunset! ) Last class is October 1st.. 2-3 instructors. Boot Camp 08 cap included or handtowel (if participant has hat).
Cardio Kickboxing
A high impact cardio vascular workout that blends elements of boxing and traditional aerobics. 60 minutes using a heavy bag, punch mitts, and bag gloves.
Classical Ashtanga/Hatha Yoga
designed for stress reduction and relaxation. Improve your concentration, fleibility, strength, and general health.
Easy Fit
Excellent for beginners. This Saturday morning class is designed for people you typically don't do exercise. It's to show you that you can. Just give it a try. Heather will encourage you to work at your own pace and to listen to your body. You can do this!
Keenagers
Quesnel's Senior's Fitness Class that has run for 23 years! This class is held at the Legion Hall.

Ladies Boxing
Ladies Only Boxing. 10 registered classes starting September 16th-October 16th.Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:15-7:30pm. Instructor is Lana Bloom a 2 time Canadian Boxing Champ. Bring boxing gloves, wraps, and the desire to work hard. $135.00 plus gst.
Noon Hour Circuit
A 40 minute class using stability balls, steps, bands, free weights and body bars. This class gives you an energetic combo of cardio-vascular, strength and conditioning exercises. Fits perfectly into your lunch hour.
