H3F Studio opened in 2005 and provides a welcome environment for people to experience fitness in a variety of ways. The 1200 square foot space is multi-functional and offers clients an open space that isn't full of machines. An industrial grade composite rubber floor is our base. Our walls are either mirrored or hold our Functional Training equipment. Music, innovative lighting and smiling faces greet you as you come in. |
